LESSON 8
PLAY THE ROLE

Wladimir: Hello Nathy. How is everything?
Nathaly: Hi, Wlady. Everything is all right.
Wladimir: What about your brother Rodrigo? I have not seen him since last August.
Nathaly:  Oh! He´s completely busy. He´s working at an International Company, and he´s starting an English course at nights.
Wladimir:  And the foot-ball? Did he stop practicing it?
Nathaly:  Unfortunately, he did. He hasn´t plenty of time for working, studying and practicing sports.
Wladimir:  Bad news! What´s your opinion about it?
Nathaly: From my point of view, it´s a pity. But it´s a good opportunity to grow as a professional.
Wladimir: I agree with you. He´s still young. He could continue with foot-ball another moment.
Nathaly:  Sure.
Wladimir: Well, Nathy. I am pleased to see you. Could we see each other again?
Nathaly: Of course. We could. Take note of my telephone number.

How much time can you spend playing videos games?
__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Hi, Peter!

You know that I´m a video games addict. Well, yesterday I got something I wanted for long.
Nintendo Wii. To say that it´s amazing is to say nothing. It communicates wirelessly with input devices.

In my opinion, it revolutionized how people play video games. I was playing all day and couldn’t have enough of it. I tried snowboarding, mountain biking and rollerblading. My girlfriend Carry was playing with me too.

She really enjoyed racing cars and kung fu fighting. She was close to win several times, but it was too hard since it was her first time playing. When Carry was losing she was getting angry. Anyway, it was so much fun, we couldn´t stop. We were jumping back and forth. The best thing is that remote has a wrist band, so when we got really excited we didn´t destroy the screen. Hope you visit me soon and we´ll play together.
